Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
 

Acceptance of Order

Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it, subject to your rights of cancellation. The bespoke products you order will be made specifically to your order, in accordance with the instructions and specifications you have given us. It is your responsibility to check all details and aspects of your order are correct; and that the goods are suitable for your requirements, including measurements, dimensions, and product features.

Liability

Because our bespoke products are made specifically to your order it is not possible to return it if not suitable. If the product you have received is damaged or we have made mistakes with your order we will of course repair or replace it as soon as possible. Please check your product carefully and report any problems immediately on delivery as we will not be held liable for visible defects identified after receiving a signed acceptance of delivery. We cannot be held liable for conditions of use or storage once delivered which may affect the product in any way.

Cancellation

Bespoke products are made to your order and therefore 'personalised' as recognised by the Distance Selling Regulations. If you need to amend or cancel your order for bespoke products, you have the right to do so at any time up to 48 hours after you have placed your order. If you amend your order in any way more than 48 hours after you have placed it, we reserve the right to charge you any costs we have incurred in relation to your order.

Important details

We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, due to any of the following reasons:

  • authorisation of your payment failed
  • you have outstanding invoices beyond 30 days
  • we made a pricing or product description error
  • you are not eligible to order from Wildgoose

If there are any problems with an order, then you will be contacted by a member of our education team. To cancel an order, or to make changes to it, please contact us as soon as possible.

Typographical Errors


In the event that a Wildgoose Education Ltd product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Wildgoose Education Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Wildgoose Education Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Wildgoose Education Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Use of Site


Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Wildgoose Education Ltd or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. Indemnity

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.

  • modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or
